User manual
For the people who build and sell inside a workspace: marketers, sales staff, course creators. Administrators find team, domains, payments and email settings in the Administrator manual.
What you can do depends on your role. The workspace roles are Owner, Admin, Marketer, Sales and Viewer; a button you do not see is usually a permission your role does not have.
1. Find your way around
The left sidebar groups the modules:
| Group | Pages |
|---|---|
| Build | Funnels, Websites, Global sections, Media, Templates, Marketplace |
| Grow | Contacts, Approvals, Lead Rescue, Pipelines, Automations, Email |
| Sell | Products, Orders, Affiliates |
| Member area | Courses, Communities, Members |
| Insights | Revenue, Conversion Lab, Health |
| Assist | AI architect |
Press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac) anywhere to jump to a page by typing its name. Your own settings (name, password, two-factor sign-in, sessions) open from your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Notifications (tasks due, approvals, incidents) appear in the bell at the top.
2. Funnels
A funnel is a sequence of pages that moves a visitor towards one action: leaving an email, applying, buying.
Create a funnel
- Funnels → Create funnel.
- Pick a template: lead magnet, webinar, application, product sales, or blank.
- Name it and create it. The funnel opens on its map.
Template pages contain placeholders in [square brackets]. Replace each one with your own words; the page checks list any you missed before you publish.
The funnel map
Each step is a card with its address, its live state and the visitors and submissions of the last 30 days. Drag cards to arrange them. Arrows show the paths: the default next step, after a form submission, after a purchase, after a declined upsell. Add step creates a new page; the menu on a card renames it, changes its address or deletes it.
Edit a page
Edit page on a step opens the editor.
- Add (left panel): drag a block onto the canvas or click it to add it to the selected section. Sections hold one to four columns in six layouts.
- Click text on the canvas to edit it in place. Select a block to change its properties in the right panel.
- Switch between desktop, tablet and phone at the top. Blocks can be hidden per device.
- Layers shows the page structure, Popups adds popups (on delay, exit intent, scroll depth or a button click), Checks lists accessibility, content, speed and SEO findings.
- Changes save automatically. Ctrl Z and Ctrl Shift Z undo and redo. The clock icon opens the history: named versions, earlier revisions, earlier publications.
Publish
Publish in the editor puts the page live; Publish all steps on the map publishes the whole funnel. The live address is shown on the map. To take a page offline, use the history panel. Every publication is kept, so you can roll back.
Forms
A form block creates or updates a contact on submission (matched by email). Map each field to a contact field or a custom field. The consent checkbox stores its wording with the contact. Submissions arrive with the visitor's source and campaign (UTM parameters).
Websites and blog
Websites holds multi-page sites with a menu and a home page, built with the same editor. A website can have a blog: posts with categories, tags, a cover and an author, published now or at a set time.
Global sections and media
Global sections are shared headers, footers or banners: publish one and every page that uses it updates. Media stores images, video and files; drag files onto the page to upload, add alt text, and check where a file is used before deleting it.
3. Selling
Products and prices
Products → New product. A product is digital, physical or a service. Add one or more prices: one-time or recurring (with an optional trial). Prices cannot be edited once used; archive a price and add a new one instead. A product can add tags to the buyer, grant downloads, and unlock courses, communities or membership levels (section 6).
Checkout, order bump, upsell
The checkout step of a product sales funnel holds a Checkout block. In its properties choose the products on offer, add order bumps (an extra product with a checkbox), allow a coupon field and ask for phone or address. On the upsell and downsell steps, Offer buttons charge the saved card with one click.
Until your administrator connects Stripe, the workspace uses the built-in test provider: the checkout leads to a test payment page that accepts only the published test card numbers (for example 4242 4242 4242 4242). Test orders carry a test badge and are left out of reports unless you include them.
Orders, refunds, subscriptions
Orders lists every order with its items, buyer and payment. Open an order to refund all or part of it. Subscriptions can be cancelled now or at the end of the period. Each buyer gets a signed receipt link with downloads and, for subscriptions, self-service cancellation.
Coupons
Percent or fixed discounts, limited to products, a number of uses or a date. Fixed discounts on subscriptions apply every period.
4. Contacts and sales
Contacts
Contacts lists everyone who submitted a form, bought something or was added by your team. Filter by search, tag, lifecycle stage, owner or score; select people (or everyone matching) to tag them, change their stage or owner, add them to a workflow or delete them.
A contact page shows the timeline (forms, orders, emails, workflow steps, earlier page visits), tasks, deals, notes, calls and meetings, consent with its wording, and custom fields.
Import: Contacts → Import takes a CSV file up to 5 MB or 20,000 rows. Map the columns, choose whether to update or skip existing contacts, tag the import. Consent is only set from a column that says yes. An import can be rolled back.
Duplicates: the Duplicates tab finds people with the same phone number or the same name at one company. Merging moves the whole history.
Tasks
Tasks have a due date and an assignee; reminders arrive as notifications. Create them on a contact, a deal, or from a workflow.
Pipelines and deals
Pipelines shows deals as columns per stage. Drag a deal to move it, or focus it and use the arrow keys. Each stage is open, won or lost and has a probability; the weighted total is an estimate and is shown per currency. Lost deals ask for a reason.
5. Automations and email
Workflows
Automations → New workflow. Choose a trigger: form submitted, order paid, tag added, contact created, deal stage changed, access granted, course completed, or started by hand. Add steps below it:
| Step | What it does |
|---|---|
| Wait | Pauses for minutes, hours or days |
| If / else | Branches on tags, fields, stage or score |
| Approval | Waits until a person approves in Approvals |
| Tag, lifecycle, custom field | Changes the contact |
| Sends an email template | |
| Webhook | Posts the contact to your endpoint (signed, see the API manual) |
| Task, notify | Creates a task or sends an in-app notice |
| Owner | Assigns an owner, optionally round robin |
| Deal | Creates or moves a deal |
| End | Stops the run |
Test run walks a real contact through the workflow without sending or changing anything. Activate freezes a version; people already in a run keep the version they started with. The run history shows each step with its result; failed steps can be retried.
Email templates and campaigns
Email → Templates opens the block editor with a live preview. Personalise with tokens such as {{first_name|there}} (the text after the bar is the fallback).
Email → Campaigns: choose a template, a segment (tags, stage, score) and see the audience count live. Add a B subject to test two subject lines, send a test to yourself, then send now or schedule. Consent, unsubscribes, bounces and the suppression list are checked again at the moment of sending. Opens are shown as estimates.
Until your administrator connects an email provider, emails are recorded in the log instead of being sent.
6. Member area
Courses
Courses → New course. Add modules and lessons. A lesson has text (Markdown), an optional video (YouTube, Vimeo or a file from the media library) and downloads. Release a module or lesson a number of days after the member's access starts, mark lessons as free previews, publish when ready. The course page shows where members stop.
Who gets access
Access comes from products (set under the product's Member area), subscriptions (while active), membership levels, or a manual grant under Members. A full refund removes access that came from that order. Members sign in to the portal at /p/<workspace> with an emailed link, their own password, or straight from their receipt.
Communities
Communities → New community. Open it to every member or only to people with access, decide who may post, and whether new posts need approval. Members post, comment, like and report; moderators pin, close, hide and remove.
Affiliates
Affiliates → Program settings sets the commission (percent or fixed), cookie window, first or last click, the hold period, who may join and the terms. Affiliates join from the portal and share links with ?ref=<code>. Commissions wait for the hold period; flagged ones (own-link purchases, purchases seconds after the click) wait for a person. Record payouts by hand once you have paid.
7. Reports and tests
Revenue
Revenue shows, for the chosen period, visitors, leads, qualified leads, meetings logged, deals, won deals, new customers, revenue, refunds and margin, by source, campaign or funnel. Badges say how each number was counted: measured, attributed (first or last touch) or estimate (with its formula). Enter ad spend per source and campaign to see cost per customer and return on spend.
Conversion Lab
Findings point at steps with unusual drop-off, silent forms, device gaps or slow loading, each with its numbers.
New A/B test on a step creates version B as a copy of the live page. Edit B, publish it, start the test. Each visitor keeps their version. A winner is only named after at least 100 visitors per version, 20 conversions in total and seven days. Adopting B publishes it as the step's page.
Personalization replaces text or hides blocks for visitors from a campaign, with a URL parameter, a language, a country, a device, returning visitors or contacts with a tag.
Lead Rescue
Lists leads without an owner, leads without a first reply, overdue follow-ups, deals without movement and unfinished checkouts. Write a follow-up from a template, assign someone, or dismiss the item. Items resolve themselves once someone acts.
Health
Checks live pages, checkouts, domains, links, form submissions, traffic and conversion drops, background jobs, payment and email errors every 15 minutes, and opens an incident when something breaks.
8. AI architect
When AI is switched on for the workspace (by an administrator), AI architect asks nine questions about your business and returns a plan: funnel, sales stages, messages, qualification, follow-ups, assumptions with confidence, KPIs and a week plan. Apply creates an unpublished funnel, a pipeline and a switched-off workflow for you to review. On a contact page, Prepare brief summarises the timeline with its sources and drafts a follow-up.
9. Templates and marketplace
Templates → Save packs funnels, workflows, email templates, pipelines or courses with their images. Install a template into this workspace, export it as a file or import one. Marketplace lists templates published by others after review; free ones install directly, paid ones after the publisher grants a license.
