Can I try it before paying?
Yes, two ways. The demo opens a complete workspace with example data, read-only. Or create an account and build your first funnel before you choose a plan.
How do I pay for a plan?
Today by invoice: we attach your plan and invoice each month or year. Automatic card billing for plans is not connected yet. The payments your own customers make in your funnels run through your Stripe account.
Whose Stripe account takes the money from my funnels?
Yours. Each workspace connects its own payment provider; the money never passes through us. Until you connect Stripe, the built-in test provider lets you buy through every funnel with the published test cards.
Which email provider do I need?
SMTP, Resend or Postmark. Until one is connected, emails are recorded in the log instead of being sent, so workflows can be tested safely. Campaigns check consent, unsubscribes and bounces at send time.
Where is my data stored, and can I take it with me?
On the installation you use: our hosting for subscriptions, your servers for the independent edition. Contacts export as CSV, funnels as JSON, and a whole workspace exports as a package that another installation can import.
What is the difference between Agency Pro and a white-label license?
Agency Pro puts your brand in front of your clients inside our service; the plans and prices remain ours. A white-label license makes the platform your product: you set the plans, sign up your own customers and invoice them.
Can I run it on my own servers?
Yes, with the independent edition: Docker, PostgreSQL 17 and Caddy, a setup wizard and an offline license check. The Docker image has run on a real server with a domain and a backup and restore drill; the docker compose setup with Caddy has not yet run on a plain Linux server, and we say so until it has.
Does the software stop working if a license expires?
No data is locked. After the grace period, new workspaces and users are refused; everything existing keeps working.
Does it use AI on my data?
Only if you switch it on for a workspace. Then the AI business architect and the sales assistant send prompts with workspace data to Anthropic, within a monthly budget you set. It needs an Anthropic API key on the installation.
What is not built yet?
A two-way inbox, SMS, calendar bookings, ad platform connections, heatmaps and a public API with keys, among others. The implementation status lists every item.
Can I buy the software itself?
Yes: source code licenses and a full asset transfer are possible. Buying the code and rights is a different deal from buying a running business with its customers. Ask about it.
