The terms of service for the hosted subscriptions and the agreements for white-label, self-hosted and source code licenses are being drafted with a lawyer. Until they are published here, every subscription and license is agreed in writing with the operator.

What the software records for each license (type, rights, limits, domains, versions, term) is described in the licensing documentation.
