Subscriptions are hosted by us and billed per month or year. Licenses are for running the platform as your own product or on your own servers.
Subscriptions
Limits apply per workspace; on agency plans, per client workspace. Usage above a limit is charged at the plan's usage price where one is set, and published forms never refuse a lead.

How starting works today. Create an account and your workspace is ready at once. We then attach the plan you choose and send an invoice each period. Automatic card billing for plans is not connected yet.
Licenses
For running the platform as your own product, on your servers, or owning it outright. Each license is a signed file that lists its rights; terms are agreed per contract.

Selling the software and selling the running business are different deals: a source or asset purchase covers code and rights; customers, contracts and revenue only transfer with a business sale. Ask about either.
