Administrator manual

For workspace owners and admins. Everything here is under Settings in the sidebar unless noted. Day-to-day building and selling is in the User manual; running an installation is in the Installation guide and the Operations guide.

1. Team and roles

Settings → Team and roles.

RoleCan
OwnerEverything, including deleting data, billing and approving agency requests
AdminEverything except owner-only decisions
MarketerFunnels, pages, websites, media, email, automations, reports
SalesContacts, deals, tasks, follow-ups
ViewerRead only

Invite a person by email and role. If no email provider is connected, the invitation link is shown so you can pass it on yourself. An invitation is bound to the address it was sent to and can be revoked until it is accepted.

Role permissions are enforced twice: by the application and by the database (row-level security), so a missing button and a refused request mean the same thing.

2. Branding

Settings → Branding sets what your team and customers see: product and company name, logo for dark backgrounds, favicon, button, sidebar and highlight colours, heading and body font, login headline and text, support email, help, terms and privacy links, footer text, the sender name and address of system emails and extra navigation links. Empty fields inherit from the level above (your agency or operator). White-label fields need a plan with the white-label flag.

3. Domains

Settings → Domains → Add domain.

  1. Enter the domain (for example offers.example.com).
  2. Create the TXT record shown, at your DNS provider.
  3. Point the domain at the installation (CNAME or A record, as shown).
  4. Verify. Once verified, choose whether the domain serves a funnel or a website.

Certificates are issued automatically by the installation's proxy for verified domains only. Redirects (301 or 302), sitemap.xml and robots.txt are answered per domain.

4. Payments

Settings → Payments.

  • Test provider is on by default: checkouts lead to a test payment page that accepts the published test card numbers only. Use it to buy through every funnel before real money is involved.
  • Stripe: paste your secret key (start with a sk_test_ key), then add a webhook in Stripe pointing at the address shown on this page and paste its signing secret (whsec_…). Events handled: checkout completed and expired, refunds made in Stripe, subscription updates, renewals and failed renewals.

Tax: none, inclusive or exclusive at one rate, with your seller details on receipts.

5. Email sending

Settings → Email sending. Choose SMTP, Resend or Postmark and enter the credentials; they are stored encrypted and verified on save. The page looks up SPF and DMARC for your sending domain. Add the bounce and complaint webhook shown here at your provider so bounced addresses are suppressed.

Send marketing email only to contacts with recorded consent (recommended) blocks campaigns and workflow emails to contacts without recorded consent. Transactional emails (receipts, sign-in links) are sent regardless.

6. CRM settings

Settings → Fields and scoring: custom contact fields (text, number, date, choice, yes or no, link) and lead scoring rules (points for events, tags, opens and clicks; recalculate for everyone after changes).

7. AI

Settings → AI: switch AI on for this workspace, set the monthly budget, see the usage ledger with estimated cost per request. When on, prompts with workspace data are sent to Anthropic. The installation needs an Anthropic API key.

8. Plan and usage

Settings → Plan and usage shows your plan, its limits and what you used this period. When a limit is reached, new items of that kind are refused with a message; existing data is never locked and published forms always accept leads.

9. Data export, retention and deletion

Settings → Data and deletion: contacts as CSV, funnels as JSON (from the funnel menu), and the whole workspace as an export package (all data and files, without passwords, sessions or provider credentials) for moving to another installation. Exports are written to the audit log.

Retention: choose how long page views and affiliate clicks are kept (90 days to 2 years, or as long as the workspace exists); older records go in a daily clean-up.

Deleting the workspace: type its name and your password. It closes at once (pages offline, no sign-in, plan cancelled) and is deleted for good after the grace period (30 days unless the installation sets another), with its files. Until then you can restore it under Your account. An agency or operator above can do the same from the client's page.

One person's data: on a contact, Export data downloads everything the workspace holds about that person as JSON, for access or portability requests. Details in Privacy.

10. Audit log

Settings → Audit log lists publishing, exports, permission changes, support access by your agency and other sensitive actions, with who and when.

11. Approvals from your agency

If an agency manages your workspace, it may ask for approval (for example before publishing). Only the owner decides, under Approvals. Support access by the agency is time-boxed, carries a reason and notifies the owner.

12. Your own account

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

  • Two-factor sign-in: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, confirm with a code, save the ten recovery codes. From then on, sign-in asks for a code after the password. Turn it off with your password.
  • Password: change it with the current one; every other session is signed out. Forgot it? Forgot your password? on the sign-in page sends a link that works once for 60 minutes.
  • Where you are signed in: every session with device and last activity; sign out any of them or all others.
  • Workspaces scheduled for deletion: restore them here until their date.
